There is a great demand for products with a more natural Conversational UI (conversation interfaces), e.g. text-based as chatbots via websites and Messenger or voice-based Voice Assistants such as Siri (Apple) and Alexa (Amazon). There is a big difference in the user interface in these types of chatbots, so it requires an in-depth knowledge to get the most out of the specific user interface – especially the text-based platforms, which include menus, buttons and illustrations.
